This large apartment is situated in the heart of the marina in Duquesa, next the beaches. There are two large pools available, one inside the complex and one next to the beach. There is direct access to the beach from the complex and a selection of chiringuitas (beach bars) on your doorstep.

The spacious lounge is comfortably furnished, with a TV and a selection of UK channels. There is a large sofa and two armchairs. Patio doors lead to the terrace which benefits from the morning sun and overlooks the marina.

The master bedroom consists of a double bed and large fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath.

The twin bedroom also has fitted wardrobes. There is an additional guest bathroom. The modern kitchen has microwave, toaster and all mod cons with an adjoining utility room.
