Manilva Beach, Duquesa (Beachside) - Ref 029 Airconditioned in the bedrooms 4 Bed Townhouse in an established development, 50 metres from the beaches of Duquesa This large townhouse which comfortably sleeps 8 people is located just 50 metres from the beach in a gated complex and near to the bustling marina of Duquesa. With a choice of 2 large swimming pools, (one on the beach), this is a perfect location for a large family or group of golfers. The front garden has a large table with 8 chairs and a gas BBQ. The entrance leads to the spacious lounge and dining area, with a TV & UK satellite channels. There are two large sofas and a working fireplace, a dining table to seat 8. A fully equipped kitchen and additional door leading to the small rear garden. A guest WC is also found on the ground floor. Stairs lead to the first floor where you will find three bedrooms and a bathroom. All bedrooms contain twin beds. One of the twins facing the beach has a private terrace with a table & chairs with views of the sea. The twin at the rear also has a private terrace with views of the gardens. The stairs then lead to: The huge master bedroom, which consists of a twin bed and large fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom. Patio doors lead out to the terrace facing the beach. Here you can enjoy a cocktail or two at the purpose built bar with fridge. Bar stools are provided or if it gets too much there are a couple of sun loungers. Superb views of the sea & beaches. Private allocated parking space outside the property.
